Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of the date your package was delivered. Items must be postmarked within this 30-day window to be eligible for a refund. 

1. Return Conditions (Apparel)
 
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them. Specifically:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, and earrings cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.

2. Return Process
 
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@tomorrowann.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send items back to the address on the original shipping label without prior approval.

3. Return Shipping Costs
 
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product). Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Exchanges
 
The fastest way to ensure you get the size or color you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. If you prefer a direct exchange, please specify this when contacting our support team, and we will process it based on current stock availability.

5. Inspection and Refunds
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Defective or Damaged Items
 
If you receive a defective or damaged garment, please contact us at support@tomorrowann.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
