Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Verification
 
At Tomorrowann, we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Most apparel orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that during peak seasons, collection launches, or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a notification if any items in your order are out of stock or require additional verification (such as size confirmation or address validation).

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 7-15 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days.
Please understand that delivery dates are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Factors such as regional holidays, weather conditions, and high seasonal demand may impact these timelines.

3. Split Shipments
 
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If some items in your order are ready earlier than others, we may send them ahead at no extra cost to you. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package dispatched.

4. Order Tracking & Confirmation
 
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

5. Address Changes & Redirects
 
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. For security reasons, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed or shipped. Tomorrowann is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. International Shipping, Customs & Duties
 
We are proud to offer international shipping to most global destinations. However, please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Tomorrowann has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

7. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items
 
Tomorrowann is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim and retain all original packaging. If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or local postal offices before contacting our support team within 7 days of the stated delivery date.
